Eric is not just a great real estate agent, he's a caring and kind human. I felt that Eric always had my best interest in mind and was able to help me make some tough decisions on properties. I was looking to buy a property while out of the state and he would do video tours for me, meet with my family for tours, and give me his honest and experienced feedback. He took care of absolutely everything, even hiring professionals for me. Even after I made my purchase, Eric helped to provide me with names of electricians, handymen, and the like. I cannot recommend Eric enough!
