Overall...THE BEST EXPERIENCE!

Eric is so incredibly knowledgable about the market, what to expect and how to handle situations when buying a home. We were first time home buyers and he walked us through the whole process. He explained things we didn't understand. He listened closely to what we were looking for and with that, he found us the PERFECT home for us! He was completely unbiased about our decisions but helpful in weighing the important things to make a decision. He's personable, kind, courteous and compassionate. I LITERALLY COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER REALTOR! I highly recommend Eric to ANYONE looking to buy or sell. 5 STARS....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
