Eric Moorman

If you are buying or selling a home in the greater Dayton area I can’t say enough about this guy! Eric Moorman is a phenomenal real estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients. He is a God fearing man who lives out his faith both in his career and character. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is an experienced negotiator. He responded to my calls/texts very quickly, even late at night or early in the morning. I am so thankful to have worked with him!

Eric got back to every text or call quickly. He sold our house even though it proved to be a hard sale. He showed us great patience in dealing with such needy clients like us. He called how much it eventually sold for down to within $500 when we first started. He knew our area (East Dayton) and the market. Also, he prayed for our house to sell when it was in a rough patch. He really does throw his heart and soul into selling houses. He can sell your house too!
