Hi, my name is Jennifer Agrisola. Before I met Eric, I knew I needed to get my own house. I've been renting for more than 5 years and I figured that now is a good time to have my own place. I looked for properties online but since I am a first time homebuyer, I needed help on the entire process from requirements to house tours to mortgate. I found properties that met my interests and needs but I wasn't sure how to proceed. There's a lot of information available online but I know that I needed help to ensure that I am not missing anything. But then I found Eric who helped me finally get my own place I can call home. After I reached out to him letting him know my plan, he immediately provided me a list of requirements to get started with the pre-approval process. He walked me through the entire homebuying process and answered all my questions patiently. He sent me listings regularly and that's where I found this property that caught my attention. He helped me with the entire process until closing. It was a fun homebuying experience specially with Eric's help. Now I have a place of my own with plenty of space for entertaining guests and two-car garage that also serves as extra storage space. Thank you Eric for all your help.

Before we met Eric, we knew we are ready to make the move from our townhome to our long-awaited dream home. My husband and I had full schedules and could only look at open houses on the weekends. We knew there are a lot of home buyers that we are competing with but not a lot of houses available in the area we were interested in. And so we thought it is going to take months to find a house that we liked. But then we found Eric who helped us get the perfect home for us in the area we were interested in . He organized the appointments so we can see as many houses as we can in the limited time we have over the weekend. It felt like an overwhelming challenge to sell and simultaneously buy a new house but Eric guided us along the way. He answered all our questions and we felt reassured throughout the whole process. When it was time for us to put in an offer on the house we chose , he gave us some valuable advise so our offer would be competitive and have a better chance of getting accepted. And so a month later, we have moved in to our new home. We have enough rooms for the family, ample-spaced backyard for my plants and for hosting family gatherings in the future.
