I recently had Eric list my property. It sold quickly and roughly 10k higher than I thought it was worth. Just imagine your a newborn that was just just dropped off at the doorstep of hospital, circa 1960s. Your mother couldn’t handle the idea of being a 20 year old single mother in the Deep South. So she leaves you where she knows you’ll be safe. A nurse finds you cold and afraid and her heart melts. They call her “Big Mama”, Eric’s that nurse. She’s never had an kids and all she wants to do is hold you and rock you and make sure you’re protected during.
Eric and Tammy were able to sell our house for more than we had expected. It was obvious that between when they set the price for the home, and the actual sale, they had done some preparation in finding potential buyers for our home because the house sold within 3 hours of the first showing. A great experience and a good feeling that we were able to sell our home for its true value.
