Eric helped the reviewer sell this property

Great person, agent and outstanding communicator.

I worked with Eric McCauley to sell my home, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. My home was on the market for 10 months, so this was not a quick or simple sale. Throughout that time, Eric’s knowledge of the market was extremely accurate. He had a strong understanding of where the market stood, what I could realistically expect, and how I should approach the sale. Where Eric really stood out was during the negotiation. He handled that part of the process extremely well and represented My interests throughout the deal. His experience and market knowledge gave me confidence in the decisions I was making, especially after being on the market for an extended period. Ultimately, Eric helped us successfully sell the home for the best possble sales price. After working with him through a 10-month process, I can confidently recommend Eric to anyone selling a home who wants an agent with strong market knowledge, excellent negotiating skills, and the experience to stay focused on getting the deal closed.
