This review is so long overdue! But thats what happens when you find your dream home and are still on cloud nine. Our family is so thankful we hired Stephanie Woithe and Eric Matz. After a very rough experience with a previous Poway realtor in December 2025, we were completely worn out and had major trust issues. We explained our situation and motivation to Eric and Stephanie. They took us in with open arms, delivered exactly what they promised (and more), sold our home, and got us into our dream home. We deeply appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and incredibly prompt communication at all hours of the day (weekdays and weekends) Here is how fast and efficient they worked: 48 hours from meeting: Formulated a solid game plan including proper introductions to the rest of the team and important key players (Eric was ALWAYS prepared, never pushy, and just so dang knowledgeable and AMAZING at his job! I cannot begin to explain the relief and reassurance you feel when dealing with Eric) 6 business days: Listed our house on the market (this means, professional photos/video, walk through of to-do list, formulate a schedule of timing, etc) 1 week and 1 open house weekend: Held highly successful open houses 6 business days from listing: Accepted an excellent above asking offer. They helped us buy our next property - our forever home. We found a house that looked perfect on paper, and Stephanie worked her magic to get us a showing within 2 hours of the property being listed. We submitted an offer the SAME day, the sellers accepted with 24 hours, and we officially closed! We hired Eric to sell our home as he presented himself to be very professional and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. He delivered as promised and took care of all the aspects of preparing our home for sale - all the while communicating clearly as the process unfolded. From major landscaping to dozens of little repairs, his team took care of everything and made the process as stress-free as possible. No matter the issue, he rose to occasion and took care of it so we didn't have to. His pricing was spot on and our house had a buyer in a week.
