I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience selling a home for the first time. All my fears about the process were put to rest after meeting Eric the very first day. He is super knowledgeable and his availability to me day and night was fantastic. Not to mention he's just nicest guy on the planet! Eric's advise on home improvements and pricing was spot on as I was able to settle on a contract in under a week after listing it. Eric always laid out my options and never pressured me in any decision. I would highly recommend Eric as your listing or buying agent. I know he will the first person I'm calling in the future.
