Eric did everything in his power to make the sale of my home as seamless as possible. Since I was living and working out of town during the entire process, he handled most of everything behind the scenes. The few things that were required of me were made simple and he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Overall the process was incredibly simple for me as the seller, which I cannot express enough how much I appreciated all that he did to make it so.
