Eric made the selling process a stress free experience. He and his colleague Eliane assessed my home and discussed the areas that may potentially need work. I took their advice by making minor improvements to my home before listing it “For Sale.” As a first time home seller I had many doubts, but he reassured me all the way. He answered his calls, responded to texts and emails promptly. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He definitely made me feel that I was a priority. He recommended an amazing photographer to photograph my home. The outcome of those photos showcased my home beautifully.
