I can’t say enough how amazing this entire experience has been. We were so lucky to get in contact with Eric. We couldn’t have wished for a better representative and even better person. Having Eric on our side was a blessing, he was there to answer any and all questions, give sound unbiased advice without pressure, and was amazing with all paperwork and contracts. He is a contract wordsmith, he protected us and made sure we were protected and taken care with each one. Eric treated us like family and I believe we’ve made a life long friend. Eric is our realtor going forward he’s everything and more. We are so happy he is our realtor and would recommend him without a second thought. I am forever grateful for everything he did for us with this home purchase and we look forward to working with him for all future purchases.
