First and only realtor I'll ever need. I was connected to Eric through a mutual friend from his rec league softball team having already identified a house that I wanted to purchase. Prior to this transaction, I had no idea how much was involved in the purchasing of a house, and I thought that it was something I would be able to handle by myself. I could not have been more wrong! That said, I don't know what I would have done without Eric. He made the whole process so much easier. His knowledge of NoDa and the greater north-of-Uptown market re-assured me that we were being shown a fair price, his experience allowed us to negotiate and settle for a purchase price lower than listing, and his proactive communication and prompt responsiveness at all hours of the day and night ensured that everything we needed to handle before close was taken care of. And on top of all that, he was just an incredibly nice guy who I would definitely grab a beer with. In short, if you are looking to buy a home in NoDa, or anywhere else around Charlotte, I cannot recommend Eric enough. If/when I am looking to buy again, he will definitely be getting a call.
