Eric Lieberman was my wife and my first choice when we thought of a realtor. He's very present, honest, helpful, insightful, and darn right fun to be around. His enthusiasm is contagious to both seller and buyer, and he represents his clients to give them every advantage they deserve. His assessment of our house was extremely helpful, as we received more than we asked for, which came from pricing the house correctly and not unrealistically.
