We had a great experience working with Eric Lem. He listened to all our "dreams" for our Mothers next home. He had to navigate amongst three active family members (personalities) and a few silent partners. He was able to sell her existing home at the top of the market and then quickly turned around some purchase options that met all our needs. When we found the house she wanted, he quickly secured it and helped move the process along so that she was not without a home. It's amazing that he was able to multitask by both engaging with us on a personal level and keeping an eye on the market. Knowing this would be a hard transition for our mom, our initial request was for us to "open the door, step through, and close it as fast and easy as possible" and here he succeeded. It was our second time purchasing a house. Me and my husband thought we already know what we should be looking for, based on how we got our first house. But little did we know. Eric made us see much more for our second purchase. Every corner, every avenue to look for, he is open to our ideas and gives us the experience to see what is out there. He gives pointers of the positives and truthfully gives out the not-so good stuff, which was really helpful for us to see the potentials of the houses we saw. We dragged him all over the map and at times that couldn't have been convenient for him. He always showed up on time with a great attitude ready to work on our behalf. We beat out many other offers because Eric did his homework, was prepared and made sure we were to get the job done. We love our home , we love our neighborhood and there is no way we could have done it with out Eric's experience, skill, judgement and guidance. I couldn't recommend Eric more highly.
