I will first begin by saying Eric is a next level real estate agent. He is beyond great to work with. I was introduced to Eric and right away just by speaking with him I knew he’s the right guy to work with. Eric will sit on the phone with you for hours working with you on your goals. You can literally ask this guy anything. Pick his brain for hours and he is totally fine with it. He will help you with any and all your real estate needs. From buying your first home buying commercial buying rentals anything real estate related. He also gives great advice. I am completely new to the real estate world but Eric you know just makes you feel comfortable and confident with your decisions. One of the greatest things about Eric is, he is not pushy. He understands your end decision makings. He will send you properties upon properties. You can pick and choose the ones to go see. He will give his input on the properties as well. I worked with Eric for about a year now, took a while finding the right property but the right one came along and Eric was great throughout the entire process. I made out great with my first purchase. Anytime I have a question I give him a call and he’s there to help out with anything. I can go on for days but 1 thing I must say is I recommend Eric, will always recommend him, and will use him for as long as he is around! Highly recommended! If I could give 6 stars I would.
