Ok...you can see Eric's last name, compare to mine and you get the picture of how we know each other. Regardless, Eric was a total professional unlike John Travolta's character in that movie Face Off...you know, the one where they take each other's faces off? His efficiency and work ethic was on par with the T-800, without all the anger and "kill all humans" portions. He really did get maximum value for my house and answered all of my questions with ease. His team is a amazing too, the guy who took pictures of my house was so good that I was considering trading Eric in for him as my new brother. NEEDLESS to say, you really should use Eric, it's hard to understate how truly good he is at his job, if Owen Wilson were to review Eric it really would just be one word long, "Wow".

Eric is a great Realtor. We have been working with him for about 2 years. At first we decided to pause our search and stay put but once we contacted him again a year or so later, to start over, he was at our door step, hours later, ready to take us on tours to view potential properties.
