Eric did an excellent job selling my moms house! He walked us through all the necessary steps to get the house on the market and made suggestions on what he felt would make the house sell quicker and at the best price. When we had questions he was always right there to answer them and always kept in contact with updates on everything that was happening. When items came up that my mom didn't understand he would take the time and explain it thoroughly and he listened when she had concerns.
