Awesomeness

We could have not asked for a better agent, Eric hands down is one of the absolute best. From our first call with him we let him know of our needs and the location where abouts and our timeline. The next call with Eric we found a home and Eric within a couple of hours had reached out to the listing agent and the process began. Eric absolutely knows the market, his negotiation skills are top notch all the while maintaining our best interest. He was both professional yet personable, and was very prompt in responding to texts, calls and emails. We are beyond grateful for him and our entire loan team.
