I received a cash offer. I declined thought I could do better this was before I got with my Realtor put 15,000 in the house I had paid in full fix it up six months later another Realtor brought in the sale only received one offer had to pay both realtors and ended up walking away with the exact cash amount that I was offered from Marc Spain homebuyer. Unfortunately, with the six more months of taxes, insurance water electric +15k and new roof I walked away with less.
