Eric has been a fantastic guy to work with. I had done some research and talked to a few realtors but really felt like I had met the right man for job when I connected with Eric. He was always prompt when I had any questions, and being new to the process I had a lot of questions. He took the time to walk through all the pros and cons .He even offered answers to questions that I didn’t even know to ask! He always goes the extra mile and even made sure to reach out multiple times after the process to give tips and tricks on post-purchase home ownership.

We are so grateful we were referred to Eric. Moving from Wisconsin to Texas was a big move for us. Eric worked hard to make purchasing a Texas home a great experience. Finding the right home was important to us. Eric was kind, patient and professional throughout the entire process. We never once felt pressured-which was huge. He truly looked out for best interests. Even from afar, he was there to help us every step of the way. He was always prompt with calls, emails and messages. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions we had. It always seemed as though he was one step ahead working his magic behind the scenes. He made what could have been a stressful experience fun. He was wonderful with our kids that were with us when looking at homes. We truly view Eric as a friend after this experience. We would definitely recommend him for your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.

The five stars really say it all. Eric is the best. We used him for two transactions, buying a new home and selling our old home. He was amazing in both cases. His years of experience really helped out. It's stressful trying to buy a new home and then immediately sell your old one. Time and budget is tight so we couldn't mess around with an inexperienced agent with no knowledge or bad customer service. Thankfully, Eric is the opposite of that and he made the whole process a breeze. Can't recommend him highly enough!
