This is the second home we sell in Florida since 2005; and we could not have been more pleased to work with Eric, he did everything for us, every time we called he answered, even when he was busy, he kept us in the loop with everything regarding the house, extremely satisfied with his services. All it took was a phone call in to him, and the house was sold, with us doing nothing. Thanks Eric
