Eric far surpassed all my expectations. I wanted to sell my mobile home in Florida but live in NYC. Eric called me many times a day to keep me posted as we (he always stressed that we were working together) planned a strategy. I had lost the title to the home and he knew the process to replace it. He negotiated around a problem ( anchor tie needed under mobile ) and I received more than I expected in payment. Totally satisfied, Great job!
