Eric was not only super helpful and awesome during the house search phase, but was also very patient. It took us some time to make even the first offer, but Eric was very supportive. Even during and after we closed, Eric was available just a phone call away to answer any questions/concerns. Eric's is almost like a part time handytime ;) he even fixed some issues that we saw in the home on the day of moving in. He is like a completely package - great realtor, handyman, super awesome guy! I would definitely recommend him to any and all of one's housing needs.
