My siblings and I inherited an older home that needed work prior to selling, but none of us live in the area. At first, the thought of taking on the project from out of state was daunting. Eric offered advice on what to take care of and what wasn't important. We did a great portion of the work ourselves, but when we needed professional help, he got bids for us. Several times he did the scheduling of tasks to be completed, then was there to oversee their work. Eric kept me up to date on the market availability and interest rates and when we were ready, many offers were made within one weekend. We didn't feel pressured to take any of them although they were all above our asking price, and he offered to continue the process if we wanted. Eric was available, quick to respond to my calls and texts, knowledgeable and resourceful. He's down to earth and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure working with him.
