If͏ you are looking for a real estate agent, we highly recommend Eric, you won’t be disappointed! Eric helped us purchase our home in Auburn and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, which was a high priority requirement for us, coming from out of town. We, like most buyers, were looking for a specific type of property and we worked with Eric to come up with a list of possibilities. He arranged for us to view all of the properties, there were several, and made himself available to show them to us, right away. When we arrived to meet Eric, he handed us a folder with a comprehensive and extremely thorough (and extremely helpful) packet that had details about each of the homes, the area and also included directions to each of the properties. As out of towners, we found this to be extremely helpful and above and beyond what we have typically experienced. We didn’t like any of the properties, but Eric was fine with that and ready to move forward. It was a few days later that the perfect property popped up and we immediately called Eric and he arranged for us to see it that day, which we did! An offer followed very shortly thereafter. Eric handled the closing process like the professional that he is, arranging for all the various inspections, etc., that we wanted and addressing all matters timely and efficiently. All this and he is a really really nice guy! If you are looking for a real estate agent, we highly recommend Eric, you won’t be disappointed!
