My situation was exceptionally annoying and on top of that I took a MAJOR left turn in the middle of closing so it's safe to say I was one of the most problematic clients anyone could have to deal with. Regardless of that Eric stuck by me and bent over backwards to make sure I got into a home not just a house. I whole heartedly recommend Eric. I had a great experience working with him and will again next time.
