He is very informative and told me what things to look for and was not pushy at all. Eric was with me from beginning to close and guided me after settlement with his expertise. This is the second time I used Eric to sale one of my properties. He know what people’s can expect to get out of the property before listing. Both time we got over 95% of asking which I was pleased with. He does open houses which I believe help sell house, the more that see the better chance on selling it.
