This is the second time I used Eric to sale one of my properties. He know what people’s can expect to get out of the property before listing. Both time we got over 95% of asking which I was pleased with. He does open houses which I believe help sell house, the more that see the better chance on selling it. I would recommend Eric if your looking sell or buy.
