Eric helped us sell this property by identifying the issues that needed to be addressed before inspection. He also helped in the labore and material that we needed to fix certain issues. GREAT!! person and agent.
Eric was very relaxed, good listening, very professional.Made us feel comfortable all was safe!
Eric provided excellent service to us as a couple who were very nervous in selling our home after living there for 23 years. He was able to assist us through every step of the way from the listing and selling of our house to the buying of a new home. We appreciated his skill and patience with us, calming our anxieties when bumps happened along the way and would recommend him as an Agent to others. Thank you Eric for your expertice and assistance.
