Eric did a great job as my realtor. I would hire him again.

Very knowledgeable, great communicator. Always willing to offer advice when needed. He is prompt in his responses and willing to help however he can. Great experience.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Sale went without a hitch.

I would recommend Eric Gledhill (& have, many times!) to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Columbus area. I first met him over a decade ago, when I was a young, new grad looking to purchase my first property. Particularly with my first purchase, as a young women, professional or not, I found realtors did not take me seriously. Eric Gledhill did. Since then I have purchased and sold other properties with Eric's assistance. He has a broad knowledge base of Columbus and surrounding areas. He does provide very helpful direction as to the best purchase opportunity and/or best selling price for the market currently available, while also allowing the client (me) to make my own choices and find out for myself what I would like to do. He is patient with all of the questions of first time buyers and sellers. And he has a wide and deep knowledge base, along with much experience in the industry, which makes him valuable to the more seasoned and/or nuanced buyer and seller as well.

Eric is a trusted advisor and friend. I wouldn't consider working with someone else. I always appreciate his help.

Excellent experience.

Eric did an amazing job both helping us on the buy side and then more recently on the sell side, listing our home in Westerville. He was very knowledgeable about the market dynamics and geography and helped answer any questions we had though out the process. We would tightly recommend his services!

Eric did a fantastic job throughout the entire process - from making sure we were informed, to guiding our decisions, to advocating for all that we needed. We will definitely be recommending him to future buyers and sellers!
