We knew Eric well before we selected him to sell our house. He is a great person and a wonderful family man so it was a no brainer to choose Eric when we needed to sell our house. Actually, Eric sold a rental house for us in two days before we decided to sell our family home. He is very experienced and has a terrific personality well suited to real estate. Eric is a Navy veteran and very calm and honest. He kept us focused and calm when problems arose. Eric maintained communications with us at all times and kept us well informed. Eric made us feel like we were his only clients even though we knew he was very busy. He maintained a close relationship with the buyer’s realtor and stayed on top of the paperwork. If we ever had to sell our new house we would choose Eric again. The Covid-19 virus pandemic started just as we put our house up for sale but It didn’t affect Eric’s hard work for us. Eric takes everything in stride and keeps moving toward the final goal. I would definitely call Eric again if we ever had any real estate needs.
