When we had to decide whether to go with Eric or another agent, we chose Eric because of a quality that is rare to find in people these days - genuineness. Eric wasn't about false promises or flashy presentation. What made him stand out was that he honestly cared about our needs and putting us in a home that we would love for years to come. If there was a way to test his genuineness, I think we found it as we looked at more than 40 homes before he found us a gem in Oak Creek, a market that usually doesn't have a lot of homes for sale. He was kind, courteous and there for us during the entire process. He never expressed frustration or an ill temperament during the process. He was always eager to help. We came into this looking for a real-estate agent and we ended up getting that and a great friendship.
