Eric made the entire process so easy. He negotiated to help us close on the house faster and got all of our closing costs covered. He also introduced us to several other people who made the mortgage and financial process a breeze, and some others who will be helping us as we are moving in. We will definitely be using Eric in the future with any real estate needs, and have already been recommending him to our friends who are thinking of buying as well.
