Interviewed Eric to help sell my late sister's condo. Eric presented as very friendly and I discovered that he was very familiar with the condo development and the area in general. I never felt like I was being pushed in any particular direction but rather he would offer suggestions and give honest thoughts on my ideas and requests. After our original discussions about pricing for the condo it took longer to prepare the property to sell than I had planned. Once we were ready to list we discussed pricing again and both agreed that the current market would support a higher price. We listed as a coming soon property to allow time for some final cleaning, etc. We received a better than expected offer after only one day of showings. Issues arose with the financing dues mostly to lender and government regulations getting in the way. I was fortunate enough to have time to ride out the problems and not have to push the buyer to rush. Eric kept me informed and advised every step of the way.
