Eric was wonderful to work with when selling our previous home and buying our new home! This market is crazy and nothing like it was a few years ago when we bought our previous home. Eric was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us with every detail of the process. I’m not sure how he does it, but Eric helped us through this entire process with a smile, laughter, and a calm nature that can only come from someone who knows the business and enjoys what they do!
