I would highly recommend Eric as an agent. He had my place sold within a couple of weeks and for more than the asking price. Eric really looks out for his clients. The buyer I had wanted a few things fixed after their initial inspection (which is typical). Eric had the resources to have the work completed quickly and at an affordable cost. After hiring Eric, I really didn't have to do much but sit back and wait for the house to be sold. Again, I would definitely recommend him as your agent.

I used Eric Doud when purchasing my first investment property (a duplex) and the experience was fantastic!
