Eric is the BEST! He provided me with awesome service when I was looking to buy a house and worked with me on every single detail. He really paid attention to what my needs and wants were and he knew what my budget was and didn't try steer me away from any of that. He was always there to explain the paperwork in detail and also calmed my nerves when I got scared about the paperwork, the move, the process, the insurance, the inspection....everything! He was there every step of the way and I was SO grateful to him! He actually cared about me and my family and it showed. He was professional and polite but also amazingly friendly and I was comfortable with him the very first time I met him.
