This was our second real estate experience Eric. Always very helpful and patient. He shared various options as to what should vs could be done in prepping the house to sell. More importantly, he shared what did not need to be done at all. Fair price posted, went quickly actually above asking. He is our family real estate guy! Our family has known him for years.
