Long Overdue review for Eric! BLUF- Extremely helpful, flexible and knowledgeable in home buying AND VA home loan requirements. Zero issues. 10/10 will recommend. Eric helped me out more than I could imagine. I conducted a military move from overseas this Summer and wanted to buy a house before I arrived. Eric had no problem working through my circumstances, went to every property I asked, toured and made videos for me providing concerns and helpful information. Once we decided on the proper fit, he took on the entire process without me to include ensuring any repairs to fit the VA home loan process were conducted. The day I got the keys was the day I met Eric face to face. Again, Zero issues in a process that helped me buy my first home in the Memphis area!
