This was my family's second time working with Eric and, once again, we highly recommend him. He represented us on both ends, as buyers and sellers. When we first contacted him, Eric listened well to our family's needs and genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect new home for our growing family. Regarding the sale of our old home, he took care of several curveballs in a professional and speedy manner and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns with expertise. He helped us through every step of the process, even volunteering to do dishes for a last minute showing of our home. Having a young child, a large dog, and being very pregnant, Eric was very attentive to my needs while showing our home, while still garnering and maintaining interest from potential buyers. He got us what we needed on the exact timeline that we needed. We knew we were in capable hands during the whole selling process. When it came time for us to buy our new home, Eric negotiated with skill and efficiency (we were up against multiple offers). He helped us navigate/negotiate the many steps of home-buying, including paperwork, home and termite inspections, repair credits, and even some move-in clean up. We've been in the house for a few weeks now and he has checked in on us to ensure that we are doing well and happy with the new home. While I hope we don't move again for quite some time, I know that if we do need an agent again, we will be working with Eric, no hesitation whatsoever. Eric Crisp is a fantastic agent. He had helped us buy our first home in 2016 and remained a frequent resource for all things house-related in the subsequent months. Thus, it was an easy decision to contact him again and ask him to help us a find a larger home for our growing family. Eric did yeoman’s work on an almost impossible project. We asked him to list our previous home and find us a new home home in one of two very specific neighborhoods within 45 days with very specific financial parameters. But Eric and Julie Rappaport tag-teamed and pulled it off. Through all the ups and down of finding buyers and losing them when we did not find immediately find a new home, of finding a home only to have it pulled from our grasp, and of finally finding our new home and buyers for the old home, Eric remained upbeat and confident that he would be able to find us our new home. And he was right. I write this review while settling into our new home. If you are looking for an agent who is going to go to bat for you and who truly understands what it means to look for a home, not just a house, you can’t pick a better one than Eric.

Eric is a true real estate professional. Recently my wife an I bought our second home with the help of Eric - I don’t think our offer would of been accepted without Eric’s quick thinking and strategic contract terms - our offer was too good to pass up, (multiple offers were on the table, all above asking price). Eric provides first class customer service, and outperforms any agent I have worked with in the past - regardless of industry. He was always available when needed to answer any questions, but more importantly he is knowledgeable and had answers to our questions. Eric’s wealth of experience has also brought great foresight to the home buying process. Eric was always 2, if not 3 steps ahead of not just my wife and I but also the sellers agent. There was no doubt about it, we were calling the shots, pushing the sale forward, and taking the lead in this home buying experience. As a client - having Eric represent us brought great confidence to the entire process. An added bonus to working with Eric is that he is well respected within the industry and has an accomplished network of professionals to reach out to when needed. It was extremely reassuring when our lender was familiar with Eric and eager to work with him. Qualified inspectors and contractors were only a phone call away, ready to provide expert insight. Again, as a client - we felt informed and that our decisions were based on facts that we could trust. There really isn’t anything negative to say about Eric. We have no regrets whatsoever and encourage anyone considering to work with Eric to do so.
