We couldn't have asked for a better team for our first house; every step of the way both Eric and Melissa went above and beyond to ensure we were getting not just a good house but a great home. Such attention to detail was invaluable as during the escrow process the initial set of repairs to the property were improperly handled and fixtures were even taken but Melissa ensured both issues were corrected before we signed our final set of paper work with the title company. Their performance during the entire process was impeccable; questions and concerns in the evening or during weekends were addressed within a few hours if not minutes and both Melissa and Eric were flexible enough to meet me at work to pick up or drop off documents and payments. The two did an amazing job mediating with both our mortgage consultant and the title company. Buying our first house with Melissa and Eric was stress free and we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
