Very Helpful

I live out of state, was with an agent that was not helpful at all. She knew the house was my parents that just passed and that I lived hours away from the home. Had me running back and forth from Florida to Ohio to have things done that she said she would have done. After I was released from that contract I found Eric. He was so helpful and made things so easy. He got things fixed that he knew were an issue, priced it correctly and did the correct marketing. Sale went smoothly and he was available to answer my many questions. I would recommend him to anyone
