Eric was very accommodating to our schedule both when looking for a new home and selling our old one. When buying our new home he was very honest in assessing each home we looked at (pointing out the good and bad) and recommending a fair price for them. The purchase went very smoothly. When selling our previous home Eric gave an honest evaluation of the home and came up with a price based on comparisons in the area and condition of our home. Based on his recommendation our home sold very fast for what we thought was a fair price. Eric has a list of contacts (repair men, home inspectors, roofers, etc.) that would show up at the drop of a hat to assist us when buying and selling our homes when we were unable to get other contractors to show up.
