Eric told us exactly what we needed to do to our home to get it ready to list. His diligence with photography and marketing netted us 5 offers over asking within 24 hours of listing. He was transparent and walked us through every step of selling our home. He was a phenomenal liaison between us and the buyers (and their agent). He held our best interest and gave us great advice. He answered every question we had and went above and beyond for us during the inspection process. If I ever buy or sell again I would 100% hire him once more. Very knowledgeable about the market and the process. Willing to do more than needed to get things done. We were dealing with a difficult seller who employed a Realtor thrice removed. Never talked to the listing agent. Only the people that work for him. Eric still was able to get the answers needed to get what we wanted done. He referred a great mortgage company with a great product that helped us close in a week! He made everything great!
