When I was on my journey to find a home on the side of town, school district and neighborhood I wanted for my my family. I told Eric what and where I was wanting a home not necessarily a brand new home but that was what I ended up purchasing because Eric made some suggestions about some new builds. Some of the nicely already lived in home’s wasn’t quit what I was looking for and Eric pointed out a few things in these homes that would eventually end up costing a lot of money to repair down the road. When I seen more than a couple of new builds that Eric showed me I fell in love with a particular one that I thought that would be perfect for my family. So I talked about putting in the right offer with Eric on the house and that was it, it was accepted. We love our beautiful home the neighborhood, the school district and the nearby parks.
