I couldn't be happier with Eric´s service. He was always very well-informed, and had excellent answers to my myriad of questions. I appreciated that he always gave me straight-forward answers, even if it wasn't always good news. I was pleasantly surprised by what he achieved when negotiating the closing with the buyer; he definitely always put forth his maximum effort. His expertise in short sales was obvious, as he navigated the obstacles we confronted along the way with ease. The fact that we had a relatively painless process, even when we were abroad throughout the process, is a testament to Eric's professionalism.
