Eric worked with me to meet my budget. Even though my VA lender pre-approved/qualified me for a higher amount, I set my budget lower. Eric found me my new house and we closed on time. He worked through the appraisal and home inspection and the things found and worked to get them fixed to meet BA lending approval. He is a diligent agent that works hard to meet the buyer's needs and wants. After the sale, he recommended a painter to repaint the interior. It turned out fantastic.

Excellent Experience

Would request Eric and his wife, Kara if needed to sell and buy another house

Eric was very personable, professional and patient in helping us find the new place. No matter how long it took to find the new place, he remained as enthusiastic on the last house as he was with the first house reviewed! His wife, Kara also assisted and made the total process seamless!
