Edit: After moving in and realizing some things needed to be fixed or looked at. Eric stayed in contact with me the whole time. We had issues with the company that was supposed to take care of that stuff no fault to Eric at all. They ran me and Eric around in circles till we were finally tired of it and decided to go with a different company. I’m changing my 4 star to a 5 because Eric could of washed his hands and had us deal with it. But he always told me from the start he was “here for us” and he really has been. Eric has went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable in our new house and has done more than most would to help us fix these issues. We closed more than a month ago but Eric has been extremely helpful, always responds fast and is on top of things. Eric and his team were amazing. I actually was talking with a different realtor before I met Eric at my job. The difference was he took action, we looked at a house that same day we met. He was always there to answer questions or concerns any time of the day or night. We were in a position to need to buy or pay for over priced to rent units so in the end took advantage of a military loan which is great but also has it defaults, basically two loans. The last few weeks of agreeing to the deal I wanted to look at the house again but wasn’t able to, when we moved in found things we could of caught before closing and moving in. ( hopefully insurance will cover) But overall the process was smooth and fast. We didn’t plan to buy this year and was kind of push into a corner to look into a buying or renting again. The military loan nice and was helpful but I also feel we didn’t fully understand it till got near to closing. Overall I do believe Eric is good at what he does and has the best team working with him that will listen and understand your needs.
