Eric is by far the best real estate agent I have had the privilege to work with. He is very professional and will go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you need. He met with me on weekends evenings and even sacrificed his personal time to make sure I received the best service possible. He is not just trying to make a sale and does not treat you like a dollar sign. He is very personable and will cater to what you personally are looking for.

We worked with 2 other realtors before meeting Eric. He was by far the most dedicated to our needs. Eric was very flexible on meeting times and patient with us as we looked at about 30 houses before finding our perfect match. Once he knew that we found the house we really wanted to buy he was relentless in closing the deal using his local relationship with the seller. He did a great job to follow up with all parties on the paperwork to make sure the closing went through as fast as possible. We didn't pay a penny more than asking price and he didn't stop working even after the deal was closed. He helped us get reimbursement for some of the closing costs through special gov't programs and money back from the seller for minor repairs.
