I have now worked with Eric on 3 occasions (purchasing a home, renting my home to a tenant, and selling my home). Each experience has been spectacular. He provided great negotiation tips and made the whole process very smooth. We appreciated his insight on handling a rental property and made us feel at ease as we moved across the country.
