After a disappointing attempt to buy a home a year ago, this year was completely new and less stressful experience thanks to my amazing realtor Eric. He took the time to listen to my story and understood the PTSD I was suffering with due to past situations that left me with a great deal of debilitating anxiety as I considered buying a new home. Eric was caring and supportive but also encouraging. He explained all options and realities with patience and clarity that empowered me to think through the details and be confident as I moved forward. He also helped me stay focused on my priorities based on my family’s needs and what we all wanted in a home - including considering our fur babies! Eric is a down to earth guy that connects and listens so he can relate with you. He is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly kind.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our home with Eric. Despite having to purchase in a very demanding market. He made sure we had all Pros and Cons handy before submitting an offer. Never filled rushed into buying but rather encouraged to find a place we could call home. Will not think twice before using him as our Realtor again!!.
